2019 Fall Series

We know that the capacity to work across cultural differences has a tremendous impact on the success and effectiveness of individuals and teams in their work. Folks are feeling pulled towards understanding equity and inclusion in the work place but are flummoxed by a lack of the right words to use and the right approaches to take. That’s why Team Dynamics has put together a cohort-based learning series that will give participants the tools and skills they need to grow their own practice and to increase the capacity for change inside their organizations.

Four part series over four different dates

  • Session 1: September 19, 2019 in St. Paul

  • Session 2: October 31, 2019 in St. Paul

  • Session 3: November 14, 2019 in Minneapolis

  • Session 4: December 12, 2019 in Minneapolis

Sessions run from 9am to 3pm

*Participants are committing to attending all four sessions.

Over four day-long sessions,

  • Gain + Grow their understanding of the Differences that Make a Difference

  • Dig into the distinctions between Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion

  • Deepen their understanding of individual + structural power dynamics

  • Refine their skills around communication + conflict cross culturally

participants will:

  • Get a new IDI assessment

  • Get a new ICS assessment

  • Gain powerful new skills for holding hard spaces

  • Expand their own self-awareness practice

  • Build community with others invested in creating a world that is better + different
