2019 Fall Series
We know that the capacity to work across cultural differences has a tremendous impact on the success and effectiveness of individuals and teams in their work. Folks are feeling pulled towards understanding equity and inclusion in the work place but are flummoxed by a lack of the right words to use and the right approaches to take. That’s why Team Dynamics has put together a cohort-based learning series that will give participants the tools and skills they need to grow their own practice and to increase the capacity for change inside their organizations.
Four part series over four different dates
Session 1: September 19, 2019 in St. Paul
Session 2: October 31, 2019 in St. Paul
Session 3: November 14, 2019 in Minneapolis
Session 4: December 12, 2019 in Minneapolis
Sessions run from 9am to 3pm
