Alfonso and Trina co-founded Team Dynamics in 2017 to help
U.S.-based organizations and leaders achieve their race + gender equity goals.
Since then, Team Dynamics has supported more than 200 organizations from 18 different industries.
Trina and Alfonso also authored a book that is now widely available: Hiring Revolution: A Guide to Disrupt Racism and Sexism in Hiring.
