Alfonso and Trina co-founded Team Dynamics in 2017 to help
U.S.-based organizations and leaders achieve their race + gender equity goals. Since then, Team Dynamics has supported more than 200 organizations from 18 different industries. We also authored a book that is now widely available: Hiring Revolution: A Guide to Disrupt Racism and Sexism in Hiring.
Currently, Trina continues to do this work through coaching, facilitation, and writing. As of January 2024, Alfonso has taken a fulltime leadership role at a Minnesota foundation.
Alfonso + Trina still take on solo and shared clients. Depending on your current needs, we can let you know how we can help and/or can provide referrals to other professionals who might be the right fit.
